1. What thoughts are living in me and how do I feel it in my body and breath? 2. What feeling tones am I carrying that is reflected in my breath and body? 3. What bodily sensations am I aware of in this moment? 4. Can I take a moment to acknowledge this experience non-judgementally and offer it compassion? 5. Can I stay connected with my breath as it syncs with my body? 6. Can I be present to others while staying connected within? #mindful awareness #future #past
