I was gazing at the skies from my seat and marveled at the wonder of change, light, dark and grey clouds some passing, some static, and the beautiful slant of light between the clouds. It was almost as if it were an invitation to explore into that realm of light and travel into it. Sometimes, taking care of our inner selves is just about connecting to something larger...whatever that might be for you...for me, in these moments, it was the magnanimity and spaciousness of the sky...so unbound I'm sharing with the hope that others might try it and connect with that experience in the moment..just the way it shows up for you!
