As I sat at my desk reading a book by one of my favorite authors, Brene Brown, I looked outside my window to see a beautiful display of the stillness of the sky, and the moving patterns of falling snow. It struck me that instead of choosing to look at one angle, I could marvel at both, the stillness and spaciousness of the sky, and the moving snow flakes falling on the ground. What better way to explain holding my vulnerability with the openness and stillness of the sky, amidst life's dynamic experiences. I wanted to highlight here the potential that we have for letting our guard down for ourselves, to feel vulnerable without judgment, and eventually connect with our authentic selves and our potential.
