1. Give yourself permission to check in with your feelings at the start of the day.

2. Lean into the thoughts that arise when you check in with your feelings.

3. Notice and observe how you interpret, predict, and respond to things and people around you.

4. Meet yourself mid-way to tweak your goals and self-expectations when you can:

S - Specificity in your goals for the day. M - Measurability for your goals at the end of the day. A - Achievability in your outcome towards the end of the day. R - Realistic achievability that match your ability and readiness for that day. T - Timeliness in achieving realistic outcomes for the day.
